Negaraku

Malam ni bukak blog sebab nak citer pasal lagu Negaraku. And tanpa di sangka I've got one comment from one person who had same experience with Zaidi and Tisya. Tapi lagi pengalaman yg 'mahal' sebab he was in the group which came out from the community forest at 2am. Alhamdullillah juga, ada orang Islam di dalam group tu. Ayat Kursi dapat dibaca. Ada juga pendinding.

Ok, ini cerita kisah pagi tadi. Kat TSG ni, akan ada assembly every month bergantung pada keadaan. If MD tak ada...it will held once in 2-3 months. Pagi tadi, the MD said that they dont have any assembly in March and April due to time constraint and some other programs or activity held. So, today's assembly mencatatkan kedatangan yg ramai dengarnya. Sebab kerusi tak cukup...diaorg kena angkut dari stor.

Tapi yang paling aku tk leh lupa pagi ni ialah, bila MC suruh smua berdiri. Memang mcm nak nyanyi lagu lagaknya. But, I looked at the others diaorg pun mcm terpinga2, not sure what song to sing... And ada yg mula selawat, sabar je aku. Itukan bila dah habis majlis baru selawat sambil bersalaman. Lawak budak2 ni... Adalah dlm beberapa saat smua mcm tertunggu2...rupanya tunggu muzik dimainkan. Elok je berbunyi muzik tu...aku nyaris nk tergelak. Haa? Negaraku! Apa lagi tegak berdiri lah menyanyikan lagu tu....hehehe, sambil dlm kepala dok pikir bila kali terakhir aku nyanyi sambil tegak berdiri mcm ni. Adoi...dah la assembly rasa balik ke sekolah ini pulak ada Negaraku...

But the assembly is actually good. In that kind of assembly, the MD actually build positive ties with the staff. He will highlight the Vision and the Mission of the Company. And the most attractive presentation for me was the financial statement. He shared the actual and the budget figure in the financial statement. So, the employee will aware of the company's performance. What need to be improved, where and when.

Lastly, they celebrate birthdays for employees whose birthday is in March, April and May. Sedap lak tu keknya...ada kek ice cream and pandan layer. Tapi makan ramai2 tu yg seronok tu. So far, we can get along....oklah juga bila dah kenal ramai2 ni. But actually my nature of work, I HAVE TO get along with all. Harapnya boleh la...

Tomorrow got pre audit 5S by MPC (formerly known by NPC). Plan to go early tomorrow to see our zones. Unfortunately, our zones (me and Hafiz) are public area. And our zone's members are outsiders like, the cleaners, the guard, the gardener and the canteen operator. Our zones are the canteen area and the compound which include the dumping side. Siankan.... Apa nak buat, HR dept aje yg boleh get along agaknya dengan 'outsiders' member.....agaknyalahhh

So, for this 5S quality certified, we need to maintain these 2 zones. Kena sisih, susun, sapu, seragam, sentiasa buat. Betul ke? hehehehe...dulu2, mmg dlm bahasa Jepun, Seiton, Seiri...dan apatah lagi...tk ingat dah. So, inilah 5S yg dikatakan tu, but for me it's all about being organize. That's what i understand, being organize....yup!

Mata dah berat...so, it's time to zzzz. Till then..
